For Students: Scheduling

You have two options:

  • Schedule an appointment on Health e-Messenger. Go to Appointments  > Schedule an Appointment > Telephone Primary Care Provider Visit > COVID-19 Related Concerns. Complete the questionnaire. You’ll see your scheduled appointment in the Appointments section. You’ll receive a confirmation email 1-2 days before your appointment.
  • You can also call the Student Health Center at (831) 459-2500.

Come to the Student Health Center parking lot at your appointment time. Bring your mask and your student ID. We’ll swab your nose and send the swab for testing. You’ll typically get results in one or two days through a Health e-Messenger secure message or phone call. The process will take 15 minutes.

All registered students are eligible. Students with severe symptoms (trouble breathing, high fever) should immediately go to an urgent care or emergency facility.

  • Eligibility Questions: if you are a student and you receive a "not eligible" message in Health e-Messenger, please call our appointment line at 831-459-2500. We will assist you with your eligibility for services.
