Data Sources

Student Health Services contains:

• an ambulatory clinic with lab, pharmacy, radiology, medical, optometry, travel, & nutrition services
• counseling and psychiatry (CAPS)
• health outreach and promotions (SHOP)
• sexual violence survivor advocacy (CARE)

To provide this report, we gather data through our departments' and programs various electronic systems.

Errata

• 2017-2018: Optometry total visits were reported at 1400. The correct number is 1801. The percentage increase listed (374%) is correct.
