UCSC Pharmacy

Are you off campus and use UC SHIP? We can fill your prescriptions and transfer them to another pharmacy, or mail to your location. Here's how.

  • Prescription Refills: 
    • Call the UCSC Student Health Pharmacy at 831-459-2360 or send a secure message through Health e-Messenger (go to Messages, click New Messages, then choose Prescription Refill Request).
  • New Prescriptions: Call us at 831-459-2360 for a required consultation on any new prescriptions. 
  • Shipping:
    • We will verify your address by phone or secure message through Health e-Messenger.
    • We will send the prescription through USPS regular mail. There's no fee.
    • You will get a secure message on Health e-Messenger when the medications ship. Shipping is once daily in the morning through Campus Mail Services. The package will include your receipt.
  • Restrictions:
    • For UC SHIP students only.
    • We can only send to the continental United States.
    • Certain medications can only be mailed to California addresses.
    • We can't send refrigerated medications.
  • Billing: Copays and other costs, such as over-the-counter medications, are billed to your AIS account.
