Students can have a visit with a health care provider using their computer or mobile device.
Appointments are available for a variety of common problems like colds, urinary tract infections, fever, headache and rashes.
- LiveHealth Online is not for emergencies. In an emergency, dial 911.
- For students with UC SHIP, LiveHealth Online visits are currently FREE. Use coupon code UCSCLHOMEDICAL and have your UC SHIP insurance number ready when you login. Code expires 9/20/2024.
- Do you have UC SHIP as your secondary medical plan? If so, you will need to contact your primary insurance plan and use their telehealth services or you will be charged for your LiveHealth Online visit.
- For students without UC SHIP, a visit costs $59. Your insurer may pay for some of these costs.

Additional instructions for UC SHIP students
UC SHIP students will need to have their Anthem ID card ready on their mobile device. If you don't have yours yet, you can search for "Sydney Health" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To set it up, you'll need to enter your first and last name, your UC student ID number, and your date of birth. You can then create a username and a password on www.livehealthonline.com, and add your insurance ID at the Insurance Section.
