Case Management

A case manager can provide support in connecting to:

• Medical providers (primary care and specialty care)

• Mental health providers (therapy, psychiatry and psychological testing)

• Assistance accessing referrals for on and off campus

• Staff can also assist in navigating insurance coverage

Case Management Drop-in Hours

Drop-in on Zoom for a brief check in with a case manager to discuss: 

• Off campus referrals, both mental health and primary care
• Insurance 
• Resources on and off campus
• Psychological testing and the ADHD assessment process 

Students will meet one on one with a licensed case manager. 

• If you are placed into a virtual waiting room, please wait and your turn will come soon  
• Meetings are about 10 minutes on average 
• All students are welcome 
• Free, confidential, drop in, no appointment needed 

Offered daily (Monday-Friday). Please check the CAPS calendar for times and zoom link. All times are in Pacific Time. Note: this is NOT a therapy session
