CruzCare: Off-Campus Benefits and How to Cancel
Hey CruzCare students! We have some important news for you about using your benefits while off-campus, and how to cancel or waive if you need to.
CruzCare Off-Campus Coverage: Although CruzCare is designed for students who live on-campus or in Santa Cruz to have free in-person visits, you can still use CruzCare even while living off-campus. With CruzCare, you can:

continue to work with your SHS medical provider via phone or in person appointments. In person visits for injury and illness are fully covered by your CruzCare fee, while telehealth visits are available at the discounted rate.

Canceling CruzCare: If you would like to cancel your CruzCare, complete the CruzCare Enrollment/Cancellation form and send it to insure@ucsc.edu.
