Learn to Eat Well
- Nutrition consultations at the Student Health Center:Get help from a professional nutritionist at SHC. Develop a healthy eating plan that meets your needs.
- Basic Needs Food, Nutrition, & Basic Skills Program: Learn how to shop and budget for a healthy diet, and get some cheap-but-nutritious recipes in this workshop.
- SHOP: Get some helpful tips on how to eat healthy as a student.
Manage Special Needs and Illnesses
- Dining Halls Nutrition and Wellness: If you have dietary restrictions, learn how to navigate the dining halls.
- Buddy Meal Program: Here's what to do if you or a friend are sick and can't make it to the dining halls.
